Why The Challenge Matters
%
Around 75% of suicides registered in Engalnd in 2024 were men – a powerful reminder of why men need connection, challenge and support.
150 minutes of movement a week is the recommneded target for adults – helping build routine, discipline and better wellbeing.
Less than 30 minutes of activity a week is classed as inactive – we want to help men take that first step and keep moving forward.
One Step Can Change Your Direction
01 - Show Up
Join a walk, event or challenge. You don’t need to be the fittest, strongest or most confident man in the room.
02 - Push Further
Set yourself a goal. Get uncomfortable. Test what you’re capable of and build the discipline to keep going.
03 - Grow Together
Do it alongside men who want to move forward too. Encourage each other, build genuine connections and carry that momentum into everyday life.
